Four spaces, each with its own character, combined to match the size of your party — from an intimate ceremony with family to a celebration for three hundred guests.

Yes. The official ceremony can take place on deck or inside under the glass roof. The ship is not a standing wedding venue of the City of Amsterdam, so you register the address as a one-off wedding location and bring your own (deputy) registrar. We help with the layout, the sound and the schedule.
Absolutely. De Buik has a professional light and sound rig with a DJ booth, so your DJ only needs to bring a controller. For a live band we agree the stage layout and the power supply in advance. If you don’t have a DJ yet, we’ll put you in touch with DJs who know the ship.
De Buik sits below the waterline and there are no homes beside the wharf, so the party can run into the small hours. We set the exact end time per wedding in the quote — tell us in your request when you want to finish and we’ll build that in straight away.
